Choosing the factory
Before contracting we review the plant's certificates and food safety systems, and we request samples that we test in real working conditions before approving the item.
Pre-shipment inspection
We verify specification, packaging and production dates before the goods leave the factory, to avoid surprises once the container lands.
Clearance and oversight
Every shipment goes through official inspection and clearance with the competent Libyan authorities before it is allowed into our warehouses.
Internal control
Daily temperature readings, periodic stock counts, and expiry date reviews to withdraw any item nearing the end of its shelf life.
Frequently asked questions
Are all your products halal?
Yes. All items are sourced from plants holding valid halal certificates from accredited bodies. We keep copies of those certificates and can show them to any customer on request.
How can I check a product's shelf life?
Every carton carries a batch number and factory-printed production and expiry dates, which the customer can review on receipt before signing the delivery note.
What if I find a problem with an item?
We take every remark seriously: the item is withdrawn for inspection, the batch number is raised with the supplier if a fault is confirmed, and the customer is compensated as agreed.
Do you sell to individuals?
Our business is wholesale: restaurants, bakeries, stores and catering companies. This site is informational only and we do not sell online.
